This Payment Policy explains the general terms applicable to payments made through Nyay Noor for consultation, appointment or other services where an online payment facility is provided.
By making a payment through the website, the user acknowledges that they have reviewed the applicable service, appointment, cancellation and refund terms.

The consultation fee may vary depending upon the selected location, appointment type and applicable service.

The applicable amount displayed during the appointment process before payment shall generally be the amount applicable to that appointment.
3. Payment Methods
Where online payment is available, users may be provided with one or more payment methods supported by the applicable payment service provider.
Available payment methods may include UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets or other payment methods supported by the payment gateway at the time of transaction.
4. Payment Gateway
Online payments may be processed through a third-party payment gateway or payment service provider integrated with Nyay Noor.
Payment processing is subject to the technical systems, terms, security procedures and policies of the applicable payment service provider.
5. Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered successfully received only after the payment status has been successfully confirmed through the applicable payment processing system.
A bank debit, payment screen, browser message or transaction initiation by itself may not constitute final confirmation of successful payment.
6. Failed, Pending or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is shown as failed, pending, reversed or otherwise incomplete, the appointment or service may not be treated as confirmed until the payment status has been appropriately verified.
If an amount is debited from the user's account despite a failed or incomplete transaction, the matter may need to be resolved through the applicable payment provider and, where appropriate, Nyay Noor support.
7. Payment Information & Privacy
Nyay Noor may receive limited transaction-related information necessary to identify and verify a payment, such as transaction reference, payment status and other relevant payment information.
Sensitive payment credentials such as card PIN, CVV, passwords or UPI PIN are not intended to be collected by Nyay Noor through ordinary website forms.
8. Payment Security
Payment transactions should be completed only through the payment interface made available through the official Nyay Noor website or the applicable payment provider. Users should not share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, passwords or other confidential payment credentials with any person claiming to represent Nyay Noor.
9. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy of Nyay Noor.
Cancellation before 24 hours: Eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may qualify for a full refund, subject to the applicable policy.
Cancellation within 24 hours: Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation is generally non-refundable.
No-show: If a client does not attend the scheduled consultation without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the consultation fee will be non-refundable.
10. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be available when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, subject to appointment availability and applicable conditions.
11. Consultation Duration
The standard consultation duration is approximately 30 minutes, unless otherwise specified for a particular appointment or service.
12. Payment Gateway Charges
Where a third-party payment provider applies transaction, processing or other applicable charges, the treatment of such charges shall depend upon the applicable payment arrangement and the terms displayed during the payment process.
13. Payment Disputes
If a user believes that a payment has been incorrectly processed, duplicated or not properly reflected, the user should contact Nyay Noor with the relevant transaction details.
Users should not disclose confidential credentials such as OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or passwords while reporting a payment issue.
14. Professional & BCI Compliance
Payment for an appointment or consultation does not constitute a guarantee of legal representation, a particular legal outcome or any specific result.
Nyay Noor and Noor Alam Advocate intend to operate applicable legal-information and consultation processes in accordance with the laws and professional standards governing advocates in India, including applicable rules of the Bar Council of India.

15. Changes to Fees or Payment Terms
